How It Works

  • A pump delivering water to the cooling pad (wet curtain)
  • Exhaust fans draw hot outside air through the moistened pad
  • Water evaporation absorbs heat, lowering the greenhouse temperature

Key components: paper cooling pads, water circulation systems, exhaust fans, and aluminum frameworks. It integrates with smart controls for automation. For optimal performance, maintain a ≤60m distance between cooling pad and exhaust fan.

Cooling Pad: Options include 100mm/150mm thickness; 1m/1.5m/2m height (or double layer); length customized to greenhouse size.
Exhaust Fan: 1-4 fans per span (designed by local temperature and crop needs) with various sizes available.
Backwater System: Critical for evaporation, including aluminum frameworks, pipes, filters, pumps, and fittings.
Optional Light Traps: For cannabis growth, block light through cooling pads and exhaust fans to maintain 100% blackout.
